Easy to use email

I used SendPulse for email marketing for my small business. It was pretty straightforward to set up my first campaign. The interface felt intuitive, which was nice since I'm not super techy. Everything worked out well for my promotion.

Awesome chatbot for Instagram!

I just set up an Instagram Chatbot with SendPulse, and it's fantastic! It was so easy to get it going, and it's already handling so many customer inquiries for me. My followers love it, and I'm saving so much time. I'm definitely going to use their other chatbot options too. So good!

Good value for newsletters

I was looking for an affordable way to send out newsletters, and SendPulse seemed like a good option. I signed up for the free plan first to test it out, which was great. When I upgraded, the annual billing discount really helped cut down the cost, saving me a good chunk compared to monthly. It felt worth the purchase for what I needed.

Solid platform, good features

I decided to try out SendPulse for their Automation 360 feature. The onboarding process was smooth, and I found the support documentation helpful when I had a question about setting up a complex flow. Delivery of emails was consistent, and the analytics dashboard gave me a clear picture of how my campaigns were performing. I also tested their landing page builder, which was surprisingly capable. Everything felt pretty robust for the price point, especially compared to some competitors I've used.

If I decide to go with the annual plan, do I save money compared to paying monthly?

S Shane N. 1 month ago
Absolutely. It's usually a 20% discount if you pay for the whole year upfront. Pretty standard for these kinds of services.

Definitely cheaper annually. It's how most of these platforms get you to commit, haha.

thinking of getting into their chatbot features. are the whatsapp chatbots any good or should i just stick to messenger?

M Megan 1 month ago
The WhatsApp chatbots are pretty decent, especially if your audience is big on WhatsApp. I've had good engagement with them. Messenger is also solid though.

I tried the Messenger one for my small business. It was easy to set up. Haven't messed with WhatsApp much but I hear it's getting more popular.

thinking about switching from mailchimp. is sendpulse really that much better, especially for automation stuff?

G Greg Lindqvist 2 months ago
I moved from Mailchimp last year and honestly, the Automation 360 in SendPulse is way more intuitive. Mailchimp always felt clunky to me for complex workflows.

It depends what you need. Mailchimp is super popular for a reason. SendPulse has better multi-channel stuff if you're into chatbots and SMS, I think. For just email, they're both solid.

hey, anyone know if sendpulse is actually free for like really small lists? or do they pull a bait-and-switch once you're in?

I Ivy Kaur 2 months ago
Nah, it's genuinely free for small lists. I've been using it for my side hustle for months with like 500 contacts and haven't paid a dime. It's got some limitations but it works.

Yeah, they're pretty clear about it. I think it's up to 500 subscribers and you get a decent amount of emails. It's how I started too.

What if I sign up for a plan and then decide it's not for me? Is canceling a huge headache?

M Mark Marsh 2 months ago
Nah, canceling is usually pretty straightforward. You just go into your account settings and hit cancel. I did it once when I paused a project, no issues.

I think you just cancel your subscription in the settings. Haven't done it myself but I've read about it. They don't try to lock you in like some places.
